What are the services you offer to your clients?

Seasia Infotech provides various services to automate, digitize and modernize businesses. We are proficient in software development, digital marketing, and mobile, and web app development. With advanced technologies growing swiftly, we did not allow ourselves to lag. We are also offering our services in NextGen such as blockchain development, machine learning, artificial intelligence, metaverse, and web 3 development.

In this intensely competitive era, what technologies, services, and project models can give you an edge over your competitors?

I’ll be honest with you, we know there is competition, but we do not let it affect our outcomes. From the beginning, Seasia strived to fulfill its clients’ core requirements by combating long overdue existing problems. And after two decades of serving the industry, we have managed to score top position only because we prioritized work and kept updating our work ethics, technologies, and services.

How has being an entrepreneur affected your family & Social life?

Yes, to some extent. But I try to compensate for that in one or another way. There have been some situations where I was caught in the middle of it all, but even then, I was clear about my priorities.  If your priorities are clear and you can manage every aspect of your life with a clear head, then it is not a big deal.

Who do you consider your idol or biggest motivator?

Throughout my business journey, I have had the opportunity to be motivated by many people. It’s hard to give credit to just one person.

After-service is a necessary part of development. How do you provide customer support to your client?

We at Seasia Infotech place clients’ requirements as a top priority. We consider ourselves a client-centric software development company. Hence, we ensure that our clients are satisfied with their project outcomes. If any of our clients need post-app launch support, we are always present and give our utmost attention. We are in the habit of ensuring that our projects are stable and provide the desired performance.

What are your hobbies? What do you do in your non-work time?

I adore reading books and playing badminton. If I get me-time, I indulge in either reading for a few minutes or playing badminton with my kids.

Have you raised any funding? Or have any plans for the budget?

Seasia Infotech is an independent and self-sufficient organization. We take pride when we say that we are not dependent on anyone for funding. We have always held solid and high regard in the industry. We have seen our fair share of some major ups and downs throughout the years, but that did not let us get carried away.

Give your opinions on how far this app revolution can benefit the technology world.

The app industry has seen significant leaps over the years. And it is bound to grow in years to come also. People depend on smartphones for every daily task, and thus the demand for an app revolution is evident. We are sure there’ll be fantastic developments in the industry.

What latest technologies and tools you’re planning to implement for mobile app development?

The Seasia team has to hold on to every latest and advanced mobile app development technology that exists to this day. Every app development company must practice the best tools to become efficient and excel at development. User experience and quality of the app matter the most; thus, we give great significance to the quality testing of any app we develop.

What are the challenges you see in the outsourcing industry?

Although the outsourcing industry is growing swiftly, there are still many challenges. I would point out three challenges that are reoccurring than others; these are;

• Lack of trust,
• Shortage of skilled resources, and
• Hidden charges.

Mention the ways you use to introduce new updates to your team.

I believe that honest communication is the key to every successful team. As communicating with people is a big part of my job, I make sure to do it gently and as clearly as possible. We have been religiously following daily brief meetings, which are quick. Apart from this, we hold meetings whenever there is a new update, or a new project brief is required.

What’s your step to enter into the wearable tech & IOT revolution?

We develop applications of all kinds, such as hybrid apps, native apps, wearable tech apps, ML/AI app development, AR/VR app development, and IoT app development. Seasia Infotech is an established development company with expertise in all modern and latest app development technologies.

I’ll say that instead of focusing on making more money, put your energy into finding a solution to make this world better. Anyone can do business, but it takes only a brave heart to do something unique. Also, never stop chasing your dreams, even if you have many of them.
