NBA 2K17
It’s not easy to make an interesting sports game. After all, the rules seem to always stay the same, and there’s only so much you can do in terms of gameplay mechanics. Sports games that do become popular either stand out because of their excellent visuals or because they offer a polished experience that’s easy to get into but hard to put down.
NBA 2K17 falls into both categories. It features revamped gameplay controls, physical controller support, in-depth career mode, and expanded EuroLeague with many new teams. The only thing that keeps customer ratings down is how incomplete certain parts of the game feel. But 2K Sports is working hard, trying to release updates on a regular basis, so it’s only a matter of time before their vision comes to fruition.
